We only collect the data you send us yourself through the contact form on this website: your name, the name of your company, your city, your phone number, your email address and the message you write. The form also records which page you were on when you sent it, so that we understand what you were looking at.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets or any other tracking tools. We do not create profiles and we do not take automated decisions about you.
We use your data for one purpose only: to answer your request and to discuss possible business cooperation, including sending prices, minimum order and delivery terms.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: you contact us on your own initiative with a business enquiry, and answering it is the normal and expected result. Where you send us data that is necessary to prepare a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If cooperation starts, the correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
Your message is delivered to our own mailbox. The only third parties involved are the provider that keeps this website online and the provider of our email, Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Google Workspace), a company registered in Ireland. Both process the data on our behalf and under a contract that obliges them to protect it. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
Because our email runs on Google, your message may be stored and processed on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser for tracking purposes. If this changes, we will ask for your consent before any non essential cookie is placed, and this policy will be updated.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to ask us to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, write to andreas@andreasdistribution.com and we will answer within one month.
